FAQ
If you have questions, our team will respond quicker than a down hill left to right 6-footer!
Please reach out: support@meridianputters.com
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Please note, we do not control nor are we responsible for import fees/custom fees or taxes on our product from foreign countries.
In some situations, a customs fee may be charged by the carrier at the time of delivery. Meridian Putters does not have knowledge of said fee nor is it responsible for this fee. Custom fees beyond the delivery fee are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Stock putters that are purchased on the site typically ship within 6-8 business days. If the putter requires a coating, that could be pushed out to 8-10 business days. Personalized putters typically ship within 3-4 weeks, often quicker.
How can I personalize a putter?
Our stock putters can be stamped for an additional fee. For additional requests, a quote and review will be necessary.
Can I design my own putterhead?
Unforutnately, no. The only putterhead profiles that we machine are the ones on the site.
Do your putters come with a headcover?
Yes! All putters include a white headcover with blue branding.
Can you donate extra putters to my charity event?
Unfortunately, we can not donate to every charity that requests product. We have a select group of charities whom we support throughout the course of a year. Thank you for your interest.
Do you offer a black coating?
We will from time to time. The coating process can add lead time to putter builds, so keep an eye on our social channels to see what we currently have in stock!
Can I request a loft and lie change?
Unfortunately, unless fitted in person, we ship the putters to the loft and lie described on the Product Page. This is a decision based on experience! We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would rather have you get fit for the putter in person than sending the putter back and forth. Again, from experience!
